I have had yard services over the years and one large company in Denver NC the last several years. The primary difference between previous service providers and GrassRoots is 1) GR is personally involved in the care for my yard. This provides continuity of care from treatment to treatment for the yard. David Tilley is responsible for the quality of the lawn, and he takes full ownership of that responsibility. 2) Ease of contact and quick response to any questions or request for 'eyes on yard' between applications and autonomous follow up to determine if problem was resolved. 3) My preference is to have 'full' care for the yard at a set price vs. me needing to request additional applications at additional cost.... bill me in 'total' and handle the lawn care. Previous providers tend to price a 6-plan application but charged for extra services which most in this area need (brown patch -3 apps $$$, poa - 2 apps $$, grubs $ etc). 4) GR provides their ‘full’ care lawn plan at competitive prices especially in consideration of the point 3. Highly recommend trying GR.
