Brad with Simply better installed a full sprinkler system, sod in my front year and seed and straw in the back. The Sod was perfectly installed and in 3 weeks i had 90% germination of the seed in the back. Sprinkler system works perfectly and all six zones hit every corner of both the front and back yard.
I would definitely recommend Simply better landscaping to anyone looking to start a brand new yard.
