        I called here with a problem, the guy on the phone told me to drive there. I get there and some other man at the front desk told me he cant do anything for me. Waste of time.

        Rushed to get to the bank before 5pm. When I arrived I discovered the bank lobby hours close at 4pm. What happened to banker hours 9am-5pm ? How are people supposed to get off of work in time to make it to the bank at your hours of 10am-4pm?

        Warning, only 1 Teller at the Denver, NC location. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the manager brought over another task for the 1 Teller for someone else who came in after us. Manager said there was only 1 Teller available, even though there were multiple others in the bank standing around. Bad management needs to cross train people. The teller rudely told us we had to wait even longer to finish the extra task and ignored the complaint. So this location gets 1 star. After that rudeness. Was able to finish my transaction with no wait the local Walmart business center.
