I would not recommend this office. My appointment was at 5:30. I had to ask the receptionist at 6:15 if they were running behind which she just nodded at me. I waited another 10 minutes and was sent back to the chair where I had to wait another 15 minutes. By that point it was 6:40, an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. I ended up leaving. I will be finding a different dentist that values their patients time.

Dont ignore the reviews for this office! Ive had GREAT experiences at their concord location, I cant even slightly say the same for this one. There is quite literally no point in making an appointment. I came for a 4pm appointment for a simple cleaning. After 45 minutes with absolutely no updates, I asked if the receptionist (I didnt catch her name, but she was so very kind) if she knew how far behind the doctor was. After asking, I was taken back into one of the rooms only to wait another FOURTY FIVE minutes to be seen. I understand doctors falling behind but had I known I wouldnt be seen for over and hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, I would have rescheduled or at least come at a later time.

No concept of patience time. I have had my cleaning canceled several times. My partial has been adjusted three times and still does not fit. I've seen 3 different dentist in a year at the same office and no management. I strongly suggest you find a different dentist

By far the worst dentist Ive ever been to. They have absolutely no respect for their patients time. My first appointment to get a crown I was there for 3 hours. Had to wait 90 minutes before even seen. They put a temporary crown on which fell off 12 hours later. Then they get annoyed because I wasnt able to take off of work to get the temp crown put back on. Now Im currently sitting in their office waiting another 90 minutes just to get the new crown put on. The whole office is just cheap looking like a bargain basement office. You can just tell its not a good quality dentist just by looking at the office. Do not come to this office. Its not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is very helpful and thoroughly explained every step to me. I also appreciated how quickly and efficiently they took care of me. Very satisfied, will definitely visit again. Thank you.
