Air Force One Heating & Cooling

My heat pump went out during the snow storm and this company was recommended so I called. My call was promptly returned and they had my system working again just in time for 17 degree weather. Thank you so much. I am not only a very appreciative customer, but now I will be a loyal one.

I came home from work and my A/C was not working. He was recommended to me by a friend. He came over in the dark in about 30 minutes and fixed my problem. Did not charge extra for after hours. I’m now sitting in a cool house before a long holiday weekend. I highly recommend this business.

We are very pleased at how soon Gary and his team were able to get us up and running. He was very informative on what he needed to do and how long it would take. He was very friendly. And when he was done we didn't feel as though we had been ripped off. So thank you Gary for making sure we we're comfortable in or home during this time of quarentine. We really appreciate you.

Have 2 systems (2 zones, 1st and 2nd floors) in the past7 years with excellent service. Now I need service and don't even get a call back after leaving 2 messages in 4 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LOOKING FOR A NEW YORK SERVICE. If your too busy at least let me know!
