Lincare is all about the money and their convince. They do not care about the customer at all. I need oxygen in a certain size tanks delivered twice a week. They decide no, only once a week and we will bring you bigger tanks. I cannot lift bigger tanks, I want them in the size I have asked for. Instead of arguing they could simply bring me all the tanks needed for the week which would save them a trip and make their customer happy. Instead they want to argue on the phone and act like they know better. Last time I checked they did not have a medical degree and are not doctors. What is needed should be given and opinions should be kept to themselves. Customer service is rude here and they do not return phone calls. If you are reading this review, PLEASE find a different oxygen supplier, one who cares about the people they are supplying.
