        Blaire Laudermilk and her support Kristi Star were very good at the loan process. They were very professional and helpful with easy detailed instructions on paperwork needed. Their electronic submission of documents on the Fairway App was quick and simple. This was our second mortgage with Fairway. The first was easy and painless. The Second one was more streamlined with improvements that were done to the APP. With Blaires guidance and easy access it was wonderful and Kristi Star was very knowledgeable with providing the needed documents for the underwriter. They both made this an easy painless process. Our loan was ready to close in about 14 days. The closing was done electronically & remote at our home. The Attorney Blaire recommended The Law Office of Robert Forquer from Matthews NC was also a very pleasant surprise that went smoothly. Wed give both Fairway Custom Mortgage & The Law office of Robert Forquer 5 Stars and would use both for our future needs. We'd also recommend them to family and friends. Sarah & Richard Ignoffo
