        From the check in Kiosk with Patrick to the IV with Phillip and the imaging with Joy, the appointment was smooth. The team worked well together, and they put me at ease with a difficult situation. I really appreciate them for making me feel so at ease.

        Just had my next MRI for MS done, I have been to the one at Concord Mills twice, but I prefer this one, the front end staff help you sign in the nurses are helpful the scheduling process is very easy and changing an appointment date is easy I always have my MRI's done at this location I live in Charlotte, the techs nurses, and everyone is professional, friendly, and they keep you informed. Not on Sat morning app though
