I did my immigration physical checkup here. Checkup process was okay and they advised to get the flu vaccine. I gave them my insurance card and they confirmed that my plan is in-network with them. After a month, I got a call that I have to pay $50 for the flu vaccine. When every pharmacy (Publix, Walgreens and CVS) gives you free flu vaccine, they charged me $50. I called up the insurance and the insurance said that they are out of network with my insurance. When I spoke to the lady with the clinic after that, they started fumbling with their answers. They dont send a bill, they dont have a billing department. She also said that they dont have the technology to check if I am in-network. When you go to any clinic, they are able to look you up with your group id and plan id. Though I paid the money, I feel cheated by them.

It always closed when Im coming but on the door it said Open. Nobody answering phone calls. I dont understand that type of business.
