It was "ruff"!! Their employees don't appear to be qualified to take measurements for bras & they lack customer service. Go to any other lingerie store at this mall BUT THIS ONE!!!!!!!

Sales reps were good at helping to find merchandise and fitting but we had a nightmare experience with new cashier who overcharged us and didn't give us a receipt. When we came back to get a refund we were treated like thieves trying to get over on someone. I disputed charges with discover because they told us they could look up the receipt and then when we drove 40 minutes to see the manager she was myteriously not there and we were told the receipt couldn't be looked up. Be on your toes when you go into this store. They will rip you off! While we were there my wife exchanged $60.00 worth of merchandise and was only given $45.00 worth of merchandise to replace it with. Got a 2nd time!!! There will not be a third!!!
