        He showed up to my house for service, looked at the yard, then he just left and did not complete service. He says that I went through the app and he gave me an option to continue service at a higher cost due to tall grass, but that is not the case, he left without messaging or warning or anything after I already paid. He then replied after I messaged him asking why he left without completing service.
