Dennis crew did not install our pool skimmer correctly. It leaked right after we added water to the new pool last week. We just had the inground pool built end of April 2022 by Breckner Industries. We contacted him after he advised us to hire an engineer to find the leak. $400.00 later, the engineer found the leak and said it was the skimmer. We were losing 1.5 inches water daily because of this leak. Not a small leak. My husband called Dennis and Dennis said it was not his responsibility to repair the skimmer, that its on us, even though we have a 12 month warranty on workmanship construction for this pool. He also hung up on my husband. We also have one section of our pool deck sinking and it cracked during construction of the pool which he poured the cement. When we told him it sunk and cracked within 3 days of being poured, he told us to red the contract because he doesnt warranty any cement work. He never packed the dirt correctly before pouring so it sank by an inch and its also slanted. I do not recommend Breckner Industries. Unfortunately for us, he refuses to stand by his work or warranty issues. Services: General construction, Inground pool installation

Dennis and Breckner Industries did a fantastic job for us. They took our closed-in small backyard area and enlarged it and added a pool. Not an easy job as we had a very long retaining wall that needed to be replaced. The two-tiered wall they put in its place is really nice. All the landscaping around the pool and the wall added the finishing touches to a great space. We took our time searching for an in-ground swimming pool. After speaking with several companies and reviewing DIY options we decided to go with Dennis Breckner and Breckner Industries. We are extremely pleased with the results. The workmanship, knowledge, attention to detail, and the setting of expectations has confirmed our choice. If we had it to do over, we would make the exact same choice. Services: General construction, Design
