I contacted Mugo twice about getting a quote for a project in our backyard. Then finally called me back a few days later. Said they could possibly come on Friday, Friday comes, I check in and they cant come and theyll touch base on Monday. Thats okay, things come up, so I touch base on Monday because someone else came and looked at it and gave us a quote but I wanted to get a quote from them, too. Im told word for word: Go ahead and go with that other company. Our general manager said that we really dont have time to do a job that small.
Looks like Ill absolutely take my business elsewhere because somehow removing an entire backyards worth of gravel is too small for them.
