CVS

Went in today at 3:30 and there was a lady with short hair at the register who was rude to every single person in line. An older gentlemen was at the self- checkout and needed help and she stepped over and smarted off to him, lecturing him about what he did wrong. Then she would be rude to anyone who asked a question. I understand being short staffed, but there is NO reason to ever be so hateful to customers when they were all being respectful. She needs to find a new job. Im sure shes the reason many others will not return to that location either.

Yesterday(3-20-2022) my wife and I went to the CVS at 931 Concord Parkway, Highway 29 Concord, NC 28027 Store #7349. The lady at the front Desk with short pink hair who Claimed to be the manager was so rude to my wife and I. We had to ring the door bell for someone to come to the register. When this Women came up to the Register she was so rude! She never greeted us, wouldnt talk when we asked a questions about the CVS rewards card. After I asked her are you okay? Do you like your Job? She was nasty to us. I asked for the Manager and she said "Great you want to tell on Myself". Then she picked up our items and threw them on the floor in some type of bin. Then she Finally spoke and said I dont need this you can go some where else! I will never shop at any CVS moving forward. Dont shop at thi CVS.

Manager or who ever she was, skinny short blonde hair was rude and made me feel stupid over a simple question. Theres hardly anyone ever watching the store, the only good workers here are at the pharmacy!

Went to checkout with a cashier at an open register. There was one person finishing up in front of me. When it was my turn to checkout, the cashier slapped a register closed sign down and said you can use the self checkout and walked away. LOL are you kidding me? The lady had short blonde hair

Honestly is this a new situation where registers are no longer to be used and many people must stand in line to use a self serve checkout machine? Absolutely horrible experience. Everyone in line. Issues at each point. The lady with the short blonde hair staring at people waiting and doing nothing about it. Not even acknowledging PAYING CUSTOMERS. This is unprofessional and the first and last time I will ever come to this store. The time before the two larger ladies decided to close two hours early for no apparent reason. People standing outside the door and no applicable reason behind the madness. How in the world does CVS allow this. Is anyone checking? What a shame. This is why everyone visits Walgreens. Youd have a better nightmare at Walmart at this point.
