Dabs Elite Cleaning Service

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan and his wife this past week when they did a move in deep cleaning for my husband and I. We bought a home and the previous owners had animals. Dog and cat hair was EVERYWHERE! They showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate and cleaned like I've never seen. They went above and beyond anything we were expecting. The house was very clean and smelled amazing when they were finished. HIGHLY recommend!!! We will be using them again.

Thank you Jonathan and your company Dabs elite cleaning service, you guy did a wonderful job today. Jonathan and his team pressure washed my home today. They have also done a wonderful job deep cleaning with baseboards dusting mopping sweeping Dabs elite worked very hard in my home today and I am very pleased with the service that I was provided with today with Jonathan and Dabs elite cleaning service. Poor service. Was given 16+ hours for move in cleaning. All the was done was shampooing carpets and microwave filters cleaned. Most closets still had trash and debris on the floor so he didn't even check them. Owner said everything would be done Thursday night at first. Kept asking for more time. Told him to have as much done as possible Friday night and we'd check Saturday morning. Complete waste of money. Only paid the deposit and refused to pay the rest. Guy was nice at first then turned mean quick once we started to complain about him. Makes tons of excuses about his workers not being able to help him and our house being “too dirty” if we’re talking about paying hundreds of dollars we expect the service to cover any challenge they face. Brought his toddler to the house twice... we are strangers and he brought his little boy into our home without asking... Everything above is the truth based on my experiences with the owner Johnathan Flake. Please read his responses to my reviews and make your own opinion. There are many other wonderful cleaning companies in Concord and the surrounding area. I recommend trying them first. You’ll have to wait but they are worth the wait. I most definitely will be using this cleaning service on a Bi-weekly basis. Jonathan and his team come into our home today after me and my husband felt embarrass about the home we just bought. Jonathan come into our home today, we did a walk through throughout our home. I though it was impossible to get it done. But Jonathan and his team. Worked very hard in our home today. Got the job done with carpet cleaning and move in cleaning. Our oven looks brand new. Our refrigerator is very cleaned. I am very happy to have found Dabs elite cleaning service on the google. At first we where skeptical because of the review above. But my husband and I where in a need of a cleaning and Dabs elite cleaning service was the only one willing to take on the job after calling other cleaning service. I rate this company very highly because they where very professional and caring, I would recommend Jonathan and his company Dabs Elite Cleaning Service to any one that is in need of service, our home looks and feels like a new home cleaned and fresh.
