I reached out to Dr.Aruna Patki of Ayurveda Healing Spa for a consultation and PanchaKarna therapy. I was immediately impressed with her genuine attention to my concerns, professionalism and love of healing. Based upon my needs, various treatment modalities were employed: such as yoga, nutrition, herbs, Shirodhara, breathing exercises and of course PanchaKarma. Everything was clearing explained and walked through to ensure I understood exactly what we we doing, but most importantly why I was doing this and the benefits of the practice. I highly recommend Dr Aruna Patki as an Ayurvedic healer and educator. In addition her massages and cooking is fantastic.

Aruna is really a great Ayurveda practitioner I know in this area and she is really determined.She focuses on your issues and tries to give holistic solution for your health problems. I really loved her shirodhara ,massage and yoga sessions. Great Therapist.

My 7 year old son has been diagnosed with ADHD. We took him to Dr Aruna Patki. She educated us about him first, and then treated him with Panchakarma for 7 days. She gave us some herbs and formulated a diet plan for him. We have been seeing tremendous difference in him. He used to be agitated, hyper active and could not focus .He has speech delay and speech issues. In a single month, we saw that he is able to focus now (not 100% but a marked difference), speaks properly, he is also able to involve and play games without moving from a place. He has become socially active now and participates in activities voluntarily. He also has environmental awareness and he is learning lot of stuff like piano faster because of this. His communication and comprehensive understanding has seen a major boost. We are very thankful to Dr Aruna for treating him with great care and he likes her so much that he is very happy and looks forward for our visits to Dr Patki.
