My older home was having on going septic issues. Called these guys to go over options and I made the decision to get a new septic system installed including the drain field. Every single person I talked to was amazing. The process to get the installation completed was a process and took awhile, not due to FCE. I had a terrible time finding a surveyor that was available. But once that was completed they were able to finish the job. They even helped with finding a surveyor and electrician. Highly recommend.

They don't make 'em like this anymore. Extremely responsive / helpful in terms of working through multiple scenarios and helping me arrive at the right solution for my project. When a company recommends an approach that doesn't maximize their short-term revenue, you know they're honest and deserving of your business. Zach, Chris, Anna, and the whole team at Full Circle Environmental are great. Their responsiveness and honesty mean they've got a customer for life!

I cannot rave how amazing this entire experience was. I panicked when my septic system overflowed and immediately called Full Circle Environmental. I was thinking it would be a nightmare to schedule this with all the rainy weather we've had recently. Nope, from the get go the lady in the office was great and got a crew out to take a look. Will and another guy arrived and took care of everything. The attention to detail to not disturb my flower beds and letting me know what was happening throughout the process was spot on. After months of trying to find a way to build an at-home office from going mobile since covid, I almost gave up due to the difficulties of permitting due to septic system limitations. Every contractor we spoke with either indicated it was impossible to complete or threw some ridiculous number at it because of how busy they probably were. I can't thank the staff enough at Full Circle...not only did they give dedicated attention to my project but also accurate timelines, expectations, and ultimately a fantastic job...Needless to say I have a brand new office away from the chaos of 3 kids in my house, nestled right in the backyard.
