Very professional crew, worked diligently to complete the job. Only negative thing was one of the installers damaged my ceiling and now I am needing to have it repaired so they can complete the job.

SE did my crawlspace back in 2012 and I have never been happy with it.  Some of my issues: -         Some workers did not speak English -         Workers changed around plans from the estimate guy -         Final job did not look as neat and clean as the photos they use to sell you on their work -         They had to return to reseal several sections that were pulling away from the wall, still not sealed well -         Maintenance plan guy spends all of 15 minutes when he checks unit annually and never can answer nor did he ever get any answers to questions -         Sump pump was placed in the wrong place -         Ordered another sump pump to be installed and they waited till the day before to tell me what I had to do, ended up cancelling work, totally unorganized -         You can email or call company but they ensure you never speak to anyone of authority -         Bad reviews posted to their website will disappear, use other online reviews
