Recently called their office on a Monday looking for lawn mowing/maintenance and some landscape upgrades for the next 8 months. Provided name, address, phone & e-mail. Informed they review new clients on Mon. & Thurs. and would visit my home that Thurs. to provide me an estimate. ‘NEVER’ HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN! Gotta wonder about the services advertised on their website -- “No job is too small” “Do not hesitate to contact us!” “Time and time again, customers have good things to say about our exceptional services and you will too!” “Serving Home Owners and Businesses in: Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Durham, Pittsboro and Northern Jordan Lake.” I’m sure they will post an excuse. Regardless -- POOR customer service, courtesy and professionalism. Consider your decision. ANDREW’s experience and ‘RECORD’ of what transpired. To attempt shifting the focus of responsibility to the customer, necessitates one to reply. CORRECTIONS TO INACCURACIES in your long dissertation: 1. As instructed by your foreman on my 1st call, I called and spoke DIRECTLY to your office personnel and provided all the required information. NEVER once was I instructed to complete an online form by the foreman or office. 2. I was NEVER informed that the owner was currently or planned to be out of town due to a family emergency when I spoke to the foreman or office. In fact, I was promised a review of my yard that Thurs. Lastly, timeline from original contact has been nearly 2 weeks, not less than one week. Only intention is to ‘honestly and ‘accurately’ describe one’s experience. Suggest you recheck your “office records” and “personnel”. Running a business necessitates good communication skills for all situations that may occur. I guess in today’s world not only customers want to be heard. Oh, of course….God Bless.
