Guy, Evan, Nate, Nick and the crew were absolutely fantastic! I discovered mold throughout my entire second floor and contacted several companies. Guy got back to me right away. He took his time asking questions about the problem and took time to evaluate what most likely needed to be done. He sent very clear and detailed estimates for both the remediation and the rebuild. The team was easy to communicate with, responsive to texts/phone calls/emails. If plans needed to change, there was always communication. Each team that worked on specific areas of the restoration process were also very professional and took care to clean up after themselves. Shout out to Nate and Nick for coming on a Saturday morning to help me put furniture back in place, rehang mirrors and made sure I didnt need help with anything else before they left! My son was very sick and spent a week in the hospital; come to find out it was because of mold in our house. CRC did such a thorough job of removing the mold, when we had it tested again the inspector said our house was pristine. We had a few hiccups during restoration, and every time, CRC was able to handle it in stride and make the adjustments necessary to have our house be a beautiful and safe place for us. We were amazed with the professionalism certified restoration consultants gave us. Always on time with great communication. We had water and mold damage in a kitchen that they had dried, remediated and completely redone in less than the time they promised. We are extremely pleased. The owner was always involved and the crew was absolutely the cleanest and most polite workers we have had in our home. Highly recommended.
