        I would like to talk about my terrible experience at this location. At customer service JWANA treated me with really bad manners, terrible communication, and a really bad attitude . People like this shouldn't be working with customers in a respectful company as IAA.

        I want to say something about one of the customer service representative in the office .Her name is JWANA ,she has very bad attitude with customers ,it looks like she dosent want to work and cooperate and be patient with customers .Nice location and everything it was nice but not her ,she is a disaster as a customer service representative .
