Thanks to Pear Tree for repairing my Oven A part had to be ordered and could have taken several days to arrive They rushed the order And even tho they were closed for Christmas they came and replaced the part So i could use my oven for Christmas I appreciate their service so much and have recommended them to family and friends I will use them again in the future

I had a hard time finding an appliance company to answer the phone or return my call after leaving a message. Pear Tree was extremely responsive, reliable, and honest. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them for any of my appliance repair needs going forward.

I certainly don’t want to have a need to call Pear Tree again soon but if I unfortunately need to have another appliance repaired, there is comfort in knowing about their quality service. The repair technician was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator quickly and could explain it to me simply. Luckily, he also carried the parts I needed on the truck, so my refrigerator was repaired and back to working like new in very short order.
