Contracted with Michael 12/28/19 to have my roof and repairs completed by 01/01/2020. Michael left town. Spoke with Russ regarding installation when installation was not completed by the first of January. He assured me the work would be completed as contracted, including the two items that were verbally contracted. Work was rescheduled for January 5 but did not happen. Work was finally done January 7. As I am 4.5 hours away, I was not present when the job was done. Upon my arrival back to my home January 10, I inspected the work and it is poor. There were no ridge vents installed, the soffit was not properly repaired, and the gutter was left hanging. Three phone lines are not accepting calls today, January 11. Will have to see what transpires after today. Would not recommend this business.

The first job i was very pleased with it was done in a timely manner and was satisfied with it but the last 2 jobs i am very upset November 29th we paid for 2 french drains, seal porches, and fill side porch. They finally came out Feb. 10th dug ditch and i am not sure when but it was April or May they came out and filled in the one ditch. I have just asked for someone to come out and talk to me and it has been since May 1st i finally got in touch and he said he would be out but i have not seen anybody i have sent 9 messages and each time it was i will be there tomorrow but have not seen or heard from anyone. If they would just keep their word i would not be writing this but i do not recommend them for anything, I called again may 14 Michael said can i call you back i have been sick and i have company i said yes if you will he hung up and i haven't heard from him sent a message May 19 said hope you are feeling better and asked if he could just come out and talk to us and haven't heard anything from him. I am very disappointed in him.
