    I’ve had insurance through Allstate for at least 8 years mainly because our family had always been there. It was always Steve Hodge Allstate for years and it was wonderful. It then became Omar Hadi Allstate and went straight down the drain. For starters our grandparents who had them for insurance for 20 years on everything cars, pool, rv, house had 1 claim total towards the end of their life. It was a pool claim from a hurricane storm winds that came through a Limb had fallen in and torn the liner. They refused the 1 claim they had all their policy. We stayed with them though. We would constantly get our paw paws insurance stuff to our e mail after repeatedly trying to get it fixed in office. Then our address- our insurance stuff was constantly being mailed to our paw paws. We went in several times to change our address. We all have different last names and first so it’s not like a last name problem, we all had separate policy’s & we have never lived with grandparents. So that would not be the address issue either. We stopped asking for the change after about 5 times of it supposedly being fixed already. Moving forward in time we had two policy’s one for my husband and teenage son and another for our full coverage vehicles. Somewhere in time they cancelled one policy and threw us all on one. They said at that time the policy went up and we needed to pay in this change $1,900 something dollars. Shocked we went on a payment plan obviously because we could not pay that amount. In time paying what we could. They were working with us. I checked a rate at another insurance company when I did that it signaled something to the state dmv saying my insurance was in cancelation and I needed to send a FS1 form. When I called the office he said straight out this policy hasn’t had payment this month and I will not send the form. I had to go to dmv and turn my tag in and pay a fine. He said the policy was already cancelled. So I went and got insurance somewhere else. I just got an e mail several months later saying my Allstate policy is renewed. I called him to question this and he told me I needed to send him my new policy documents from the other company to cancel my policy at Allstate. I told him - you told me months ago it was cancelled and you would not send the fs1. He said the policy is still being billed to this day and LAUGHED at me and said while laughing you will get a bill for $3,000. I said to him it’s really funny isn’t it? We have been with Allstate for at least 8 years our grandparents the past 20 and you laugh at me ? The initial $1,900 bill was all at once you slapped us with we weren’t even behind. We still stayed- through the mishaps through our grandparents denial of claim. ( which by the way was the grandchildren’s fondest moments there) they had their unground pool filled in and were heart broken when Allstate denied their one claim after all the years of money paid and loyal customers. We’re talking decades of loyalty to Allstate. This has all been a mess, a total mess. Finally when he said my policy was cancelled months ago I went ahead with a new company and he is still billing me for a policy he said months ago was cancelled????? I can not believe this but you know what I do believe? I believe God and he protects his children so he will right this mishap for me 🙌🏻 I never leave reviews especially not negative ones because I am not that kind of person. Things are usually able to be talked out or I leave them alone. But this- him laughing at me on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and slap RUDE. Soooooo DONE with Allstate- thought I was months ago actually. 🤷‍♀️
