I just got back from trying to return a pair of jeans I bought here.
When I first bought these jeans, I asked the sales representative that if they shrunk, would I be able to return them... She said just to bring them back and they'd handle it.
When after the second wear they were so shrunk, I had to melt myself into them, I decided I needed to return them.
I went to the store with receipt and jeans and the rep said there was no tag on the jeans, then she said the jeans were over 30 days. I thought they'd make an exception in my case, but they didn't.
I didn't make a fuss, but will not be back. I've had other low quality buys here before also, so I've decided that was the last time I'm shopping at Talbots.
I had bought clothes from other Talbots, in Huntersville, but the selection leaves something to be desired there also.
