After being very disappointed by three other local blind companies, The Blind Man came to the rescue!! Stephanie was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Blinds came in a few days early and Brad (wonderful and precise) just installed them. Customer service is excellent. I couldn't be happier :)!! Call the Blind Man FIRST! Don't waste your time with any of the others.

They installed quickly and the product looks good but breaks easily. Austin provided replacements but it took six months to get some of them. The installer came in May to replace. He didn't have all the materials he needed. He didn't wear any coverings over his shoes or a mask. I requested he take his shoes off in my home. He did, but only to put them back on and walk over the entire home. We asked for the remaining materials to be delivered and we would replace our broken pieces on our own. That was over a month ago - still haven't received anything.

Best price out of the four quotes we got for blinds. The installation took less than two hours and the installers were meticulous with their detail. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks to Austin and everyone at The Blind Man Inc.!

Let me begin by saying the customer service is by far THE BEST ! Ashleigh ( sp chk ) was very helpful in taking care of a special situation I was in . I could not be anymore satisfied with the entire process , from the moment the sales person came to moment the installer Brad left, 21 blinds and they look extremely nice and professionally installed in a very timely manner . I would definitely recommend The Blind Man for any future project, new home purchase or a piece of mind for a great warranty and product ! Wife loves the blinds, as they say ...happy wife= happy life Thanks y'all !!!!
