I have to say that Josh Irons, helped us in choosing the correct (Best) windows and entry doors. He really stepped up to help my wife and I. When we arrived at our appointment today, I was greeted by Robin and notified the other sales associate would not be able to make it. So without question Josh went through the whole set of house plans and got every detail, even the details my wife and I overlooked. Robin quickly updated our prices and changed our invoice. I called Pella on a Friday afternoon regarding the replacement of the locking mechanism on my Pella sliding glass patio door. The contact person quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it shipped to my address, and scheduled the service call for replacement in the same phone call. The service team provided a reminder text, arrived at the scheduled time and made the replacement. There was a slight installation problem and when I reported it, the management team reviewed it and corrected it very satisfactorily. I couldn't be more pleased with the handling of this repair and subsequent follow-up. Service: Door repair

We had appointments for Pella to come repair a door and on two separate occasions they canceled. Now they can’t get us on the schedule. There are many great door companies in Charlotte, use someone else.
