I have utilized the services of A Diamond in the Rough for approximately a year now and their service is always top shelf. Customer service is always on par and their representatives are provide timely responses. From the owner to the staff my family has been very satisfied with the housekeeping services provided. Jonathan was very professional, punctual, and great quality. He did a great job and went over and above! Our store will definitely be using him every month. I have used housekeeping services with this company several times over the years. Even recommended services to my family. I contacted the owner to resume services indicated she was booked through the first of August and that she would put me on waiting list should someone cancelled. I followed up the first week in September over 30 days later for services and owner has not contacted me. The ladies who provided the actual services are wonderful, friendly and efficient. However, the owner is not responsive with existing clients or new referrals. I will look elsewhere for service where Im valued as a customer. ****Update. Nina the owner quickly reached out to me in regards to my concerns. She was very apologetic and was eager to address my concerns. Because her cleaning services are awesome and she resolved my issues quickly. I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Not 5 because of the original responsiveness issue. Thanks Nina
