        I wasn't impressed by this location.  I couldn't help but notice and feel the building didn't feel necessarily clean.  Nothing extreme, but definitely noticeably dingy in some areas.  I acknowledge the flavor and ingredients used in both the banh mi and even cha gio were tried and true Viet flavors/ingredients, but the main component...the bread  fell flat, literally.  Not crispy or even airy at all, it just squished down in itself and was underwhelming.  The nuoc mam tasted like nothing honestly - neither sweet or and fish sauce flavor.The service was strange.  Wasn't too welcoming when ordering, and when we received our food, it was just dropped off on our table and nothing said at all.
