Frog Tutoring

Was skeptical at first but was very pleased by the quality of tutor provided for my son. The tutors knowledge and explanation of Calc II was far better than previous tutors we have used! Haven't used the online feature YET but will most likely be using it soon.

I found frog tutoring through online websites looking for help near me, and my experience has been troubling. I started with a tutor in Statistics that had no idea how to help me with my online work (which I stated I needed help with before even being assigned to him) and when I followed up with Stacy about it, she assigned me a new tutor for the next week. My second tutor also had no idea on how to work online Statistics material or even help me with homework worksheets. Through the tutoring, my grade dropped 2 points in the class due to missing online questions and answering them wrong. I called and asked for a refund which Stacy told me she would do, and it's been about a week and I've heard nothing, not one call. It's completely unprofessional and I'm still upset about my grade DROPPING through tutoring. Not to mention both sessions came up to over $300. A waste of money and time. I would not recommend Frog Tutoring to anyone who needs college level math-help.
