        Easy to get loaded, but make sure your broker sends over BOL for the load for you to get printed off and have with you.. They won't have them and won't load you without the printed BOL.

        We traveled from Jacksonville, NC to pick up an overseas shipment. We were unsure of the process and what to expect being this is our first time. Process from beginning to end was amazing! Manager was very personable and very helpful. He noticed a mistake on our Delivery Order from the brokerage company which saved us $. Women in front office were very informative and helpful as well. Overall experience was a smooth successful process. Thank you!!
