No More Locked Doors LLC Towing

Worse servicing company, waited 5 and half hours to then switch to another company who responded in 15 min. Awful communication, didn't respond to insurance company or customer calls, kept pushing time 5 different times, unreliable company.

I was provided this "service" via All State. I received notifications stating that the service would be around 5:07-5:20pm. I was notified at around 415 that they were on their way. It is now 6:11pm. I attempted to call them, they ignored my call and requested that I text them, to which I did but have yet to reply BUT - on the all state notifications No More Locked Doors is claiming they are at my car, which they are not or have not been. I've supplied photos to corroborate my story. Do not use this "business."

This is a scamming company which was chosen by my insurance I called hrs ago to have my vehicle towed and was told they would be here in an hr. Still no show and they will not answer there phone its a reason they don't post there location cause there a fraud company. How do you not contact your customers after hours of not picking up there vehicle then. There other reviews of the same issue. My payment will be canceled they want get my money and dint do there job. Service: Car towing

Tow review I used an auto plan to locate a tow for my son’s car after he broke down an hour and a half away from home. This company picked up the service and advised they would arrive in 50 minutes. They did not. My son called to verify if he could leave the key in the car to which the driver responded that he was waiting to make sure my payment was received. Ironically, I paid before the wrecker was selected. After not hearing anything from the company over an hour later, I called to check on the status. They did not answer but sent a text saying they were almost at the car. I replied asking that they let me know when they were close to the drop off location. No response. I called my auto plan company two hours later to check on the status, to which I was advised the service was showing completed on their end. After informing her the car had still not been dropped off, she called the wrecker. Of course he answered for her and advised he had picked the car up and was in route. I waited an hour and a half after speaking with her to call the wrecker back. They did not answer but sent another text saying they were on the way. I called my auto plan back again 20 minutes later and of course they answered their call. This time they advised they would call me once they arrived. By this time, 4 hours had past and the service was still not complete. I ended up calling the police only to have them call back to inform me the car was never picked up! By the time I received their call, I had waited a total of 6 hours for nothing. I ended up having a local tow company drive down to Charlotte to pick up my car and bring it back here. All of this could have been avoided with communication. If they changed their mind about the job, a simple phone call would have prevented a lot of frustration and a sleepless night.
