The TV Repair Shop

This has been the worse experience with a television repair shop. They came out to my home said that they fixed my tv and when I tried to use my TV it had no sound. They had put the wrong main board on it. When they came back the tech was rude and he broke my the screen on my TV. I noticed it 1 hr later when my son plunged the TV up. When I called and complained they said they were not responsible for the broken screen. They only refunded the money for the main board now im without a TV.

Had a very unpleasant experience with an in-home inspection of my inoperable big screen. The tech was very cynical when answering questions about his initial prognosis. He was not thorough in his inspection or explanation. His meter was inoperable, and told me that he believed a part that he did not even inspect was probably the problem. I feel if I am paying someone to come out and inspect that it is deserving of the tech to have all of his equipment operable and to physical inspect all possible considerations. I felt like The TV Shop just collected $60 from me within a matter of minutes and left feeling very dissatisfied.

I paid 63.13 for them to tell me I had to get another tv because they couldn’t find the part. I look on amazon found the exact part and did it my self. Before y’all call these people go on google,YouTube,Amazon. And they will help you fix your tv.

They came out and were very efficient. My TV couldn't be fixed and he didn't mind telling me instead of trying to make money.
