The other day one of your drivers noticed yellow tape coming out from one of my tires. He rolled down the window and told me what it was and offered to look at it. After he checked it out he discovered that the tape was completely wrapped around my front right tire. He removed all the tape from for me. I am very grateful for his kindness and caring. I didn't get his name but he knows who he is. It's so good to know that there are kind people still with us. Thank you so much.

I had booked a car for an airport run a day ahead and they didnt even have a car ready so the car was 30 min late

Awful. Was scheduled to have a taxi to the airport. Driver called at the time he was scheduled to pick me up and said he'd be 20 minutes late. If he had called earlier, I would have gotten a Lyft instead, but since he waited, it was too late. Won't use this company again.
