        Hands down the best tax service ever. Even with my tax situation being somewhat complicated with a lot of moving parts, Keith was able to do them with ease.

        Ive been dealing with Keith and his tax preparation services for a few years. I am a customer service oriented person, I give it and I expect to receive it. Over the years his customer service has declined and I honestly cannot give my business to someone who doesnt value my business or want it. Yes. Your texting. Different when people are in front of me on scheduled appointments in my office. Good luck. His words. I dont live in North Carolina anymore, I do my business on the phone with him every year, for obvious reasons. So sadly, but in great conscience I will have to find someone else to do business with.
