        Brandon is amazing! He made signing up so easy and seamless. He was SO kind and answered all of my questions with such patience. Erin talks to me every single morning when I come in and makes coming to tan such an enjoyable experience. I love this location and I love Brandon and Erin. I would never go anywhere else!

        Unable to freeze or cancel my membership without coming in person. Husband is in the hospital, I have no time for this and PBT Ballantyne really doesn't care. So much for being a good member for 3 years now.
