This Victoria Secret need training onhow to communicate with different ethnic customers. This location for Victoria Secret has an interpreter; however, there were two front representatives trying to take care of one customer that did not speak english well nor did he know what he wanted. The interpreter was called upfront to handle this customer and they both end up assisting this undecisive customer's. I believe every other customer including myself became frustrated due to standing in line for at least 20 minutes watching two representatives take products out of bags counting the numbers and fragrances of what this customer thought they desired to purchase. It was a horrible experience. After standing in line for 20 minutes finally, getting serviced we were told the products we purchase were not on sale. If it was not for another frustrated customer standing in line behind my friend and I we would have probably paid the full price for merchandise on sale. The customer behind us had purchase some of the same products from the clearance rack as well. It's sad the representative did not know her store clearance merchandise nor did she have the correct attitude while trying to explain her fraudulent topic. I hope one day store representatives start getting better training and excellent attitudes toward good customer's that's buying their products. Overall, Victoria Secret has been around for many year's and has an excellent rating from past tense aspects and products customer's have adored for decades. However, I will not be attending North Lake mall location ever. To be honest, I would not have been there this time if it was not for my friend girl who just wanted to see what this location for Victoria Secrets had on sale. North Lake mall is not the best mall nor does it has a good reputation from gun volience from destructive customer's . However, I understand the mall can not control destructive people at times. I pray more security will get better for North Lake mall as well.
