I picked up a prescription yesterday. When I got it home, I realized that the seal was already broken and the medicine had been used! I called the pharmacy to inform them and the girl on the phone sounded as though she didn't believe me! She eventually told me to bring it back and they would replace it. I went back today to get the replacement and again I was met with an accusatory tone! AS IF IT'S MY FAULT THAT THEY GAVE ME A TUBE OF MEDICINE THAT WAS USED!! OR AS IF I WAS LYING ABOUT IT BEING UNSEALED!! I wasn't given an apology or a "Sorry for your inconvenience" or anything.
PLEASE DO BETTER! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
Needless to say, I will change my prescription to another chain. And I advise anyone to please check the seal on your prescriptions before leaving the counter.

Waited 15 minutes at drive thru today, finally had to honk to get service. Prescription is NEVER filled or ready on time.

Usually not busy. Sometimes the staff is not directly in front.. but stocking shelves.. but there is self checkout.. extremely convenient for me.

Veronica, the cashier was so kind and patient with me. I was trying to figure out the rewards program. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease.
