        I bought a pair of ON shoes from Omega Sports that ended up being backordered.  Omega Sports was extremely responsive in their customer service throughout the process even when they didn't have all the information from their supplier. This is what makes a small business like Omega Sports really shine over big box retailers or shopping online and having to navigate delays or other issues on your own. I'd highly recommend buying from Omega Sports - they stand by their products, take accountability (even when not their fault!) and put the customer first.
