I had not had a facial in years, and was really looking for someone who I could trust. Leann came highly recommended, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint!! First of all, her skin is flawless - which gave me hope! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but her manner is so gentle and she explains everything every step of the way. I have now tried several things she has recommended, and my skin has never looked better!! I get accused of being much younger than I am - which is always a good thing!

I started seeing Leann over a year ago in hopes to find someone to help improve my skin from scarring/texture issues related to years of acne. Ive received tons of treatments all over the Charlotte area and have never been impressed - other treatments always felt incomplete/not customized to my concerns. The first time I saw Leann I knew she was different - she is extremely knowledgeable about the science behind every treatment and product and can provide first hand feedback on everything out there, whether its from her own experience or her experience with treatments/products on her clients. She really understands what works for YOUR skin as opposed to taking a one size fits all approach, which means she doesnt upsell you or recommend unnecessary treatments. And the treatments/products she uses are top notch - at other places I always felt like I was receiving watered down service to try to get you to book again; thats not Leann as her goal truly is helping you achieve your skin goals. For the first time in probably 15 years (when my acne started) I can confidently leave the house without makeup. All this said, Leann is also a pleasure to be around, prices are fair and the studio is beautiful and relaxing. Dont hesitate to book with Leann!
