Marcyne was a dream to work with! My husband and I wanted to upgrade our kitchen but weren’t quite ready to do a complete renovation or remodel, so we reached out to Maryne on her thoughts on what we could do ourselves. She put together an AMAZING DIY consult and presented us with a killer rendering that helped us envision what our dream kitchen would look like! Marcyne’s expertise gave us the confidence to repaint our kitchen cabinets and replace all of our hardware and upgrade our countertops! We also followed her suggestion to use an accent color on the sides of our island (which we NEVER would have thought to do), and we are SO IMPRESSED with how much that pop of color brings our whole kitchen to life! This is exactly the type of expertise you get from someone with a keen eye and years and years of professional experience! And not only is she awesome at her craft, she is one of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet! Everyone that has been to our kitchen since we completed our DIY project is amazed that we were able to make such a huge difference, and I tell them that it has everything to do with the design decisions. Most people can paint and replace hardware, but it takes that expert knowledge of what would look best in your space, and Marcyne provided exactly that for us! Marcyne helped me renovate my kitchen and entire first floor. She was amazing! I am not very good with colors, design, etc.... I just can't envision the final outcome. Marcyne has the "eye" for it and can help you transform your living space. We wanted to change up the tired old early 90's look in our kitchen (blonde oak cabinets, shiny brass knobs, light hardwoods). She helped us pick out paint colors for the entire downstairs. I wanted white cabinets throughout. Marcyne suggested painting the island Naval and also bringing that the blue into our Butler's pantry, to make it "pop". I'm so glad we did that! It's awesome! We also wanted to keep our Corian counters ad 2-tiered granite island as a way to save some money. Marcyne suggested keeping the counters and changing the island to quartz and making it one level. We did as she suggested and are totally thrilled with the results. I've never had a backsplash before and Marcyne found the perfect Chevron tile that goes with our existing counters and brand new quartz island. I feel like we have a new house. She was there to help us select new hardware for our cabinets to update everything. We were very nervous about which color to stain our light hardwood floors. Marcyne was very patient and helped us choose just the right fit for our home. We are so pleased with our floors.Marcyne took into consideration our budget and tastes. She has a great sense of style and will help you transform any room into something you will love. I'll definitely consult with Marcyne in the future. Marcyne's expertise and attention to detail are top notch!
