Allen Edmonds

This Allen Edmonds is the best Ive ever visited, and Ive visited them across the country. Heather is the manager. She is extremely knowledgeable. She provides excellent customer service, and stands behind all work they do. The only issue I ever had was the re-soling of a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes, which was done wrong. The out the wrong soles on them. (They out what they come with and mine were different.) It took about 2 minutes to assure me they would make it right ams had my info. Shes also been there a long time so has great knowledge of their shoes.

Had a small quality issue with a pair of boots, Heather provided excellent customer service and remedied my concern. Nice to see some handsome new styles in stock. Happy customer!

Late posting this, drove a little over an hour just to come here and was not disappointed! Keith and Heather were awesome and helped me pick out several pairs of shoes for a few occasions. The customer experience and store in general is well worth the drive Ill be returning here regularly!
