A & A Professional Movers

Terrible customer service. They damaged my Pottery Barn couch which totaled $1722.88 called the company and the owners they offered me a payment plan to pay me back for the damages. Very unprofessional company. I would highly recommend not using this company. Had to hire an attorney to get their information for their insurance to file a claim. Be aware these people are not professional movers.. or packers!!!!!!!

I hired these movers, because they had great reviews. I requested 3 movers for 2 hours to unload a 3 bedroom storage unit. I received 2 movers and was given 3 hours. It took the movers 4 hours to load 95% of my truck. They packed incorrectly and was unable to get two large items inside the truck. These movers were nit professional or experienced. I had numerous items that were broken or damaged. I will not use this company again.

I've used A&A a few times. As always AMAZING!! No matter what employees show up they always do a wonderful job. The owner will show up if he is down a pair of hands. Very reliable. I paid for 2 workers I got 4! Dropped my move from 4 hours to 2 hours. They really have no idea how much they are appreciated. I'd use A&A thousand times over!!

Wonderful job they did today!! Wrapped the furniture, loaded the truck, all in the time frame we wanted. Great service and company. Hire them for your next move!

DO NOT use this company!!! I found them on U haul help. I moved almost a year ago, and had a horrible experience, which I explained to the owner over the phone. I moved from an apartment and had very little items to be moved. I tried to resolve to the issue and Adrian decides to respond to my case almost a YEAR later with this response. See my statement and his response below. This business needs to be shutdown! Response from Moving Help® Service Provider Thursday, May 13, 2021 - 1:09 PM We could've had the talks repaired. You had 3 movers for the price of 2. If it took 6hrs. WITH 3 MEN, it would've took 8hrs with 2 men. Men can't work doing moving without a break. Thanks Friday, July 24, 2020 - 2:59 PM I used A&A Professional Movers for my move on July 6, 2020. I booked them for 2 hours for a small job. Three movers came to my apartment and it took almost 6 hours to move my items. Two of them were smoking, dropping my items, and standing around talking during the move. I had to contact the owner Adrian 3 times during the move, and he stated he "would make things right." The next day I inspected my items and noticed that the rails on my bed were damaged. I text Adrian pictures of the damage and he agreed to replace them. I was also told he would refund some of the money for the move after I explained over the phone my experience with his movers. I sent him the store and product information for the rails. It has been over 2 weeks and now my messages and phone calls are being ignored. I would really like to resolve this, and I do not understand why it had to come to this.
