Bad experience-I called to store to see if they could package an item for me before shipping. When I took the item in, I requested they package. The young man helping me did not package and sent my item unpackaged. The 40th birthday gift I sent was damaged/ ruined. I told the store manager and he submitted a claim that was denied due to the fact that the items weren’t packaged!!!!! The store manager will not acknowledge that his employee’s made an error in not packaging my item as requested. I’m being told I have no recourse. It’s my word against the two young adults working in the store. I’m livid that I’m out a couple thousand dollars. 🤬

These guys are awesome! I’ve been here a few times the staff is always friendly and get you in and out real quick.

First I want to say that Jon has professionally and patiently explained their mailing process. However it does not negate from the fact that a member of their staff has lost my package. It does not excuse the fact that they are unwilling to do anything about it. Each store is independently owned and operated and mistakes happen. In this case I mailed a package at their location that was sent USPS. This package was extremely important. It has never been scanned as accepted by USPS and they emphatically deny receiving it. I have asked the UPS store to investigate and they decline telling me their procedure is to mail everything in the store daily. I have paid to have the package mailed and it was not. I would not recommend this location.
