Both are considered an Grade A, however to score a 91, there's a level of visible uncleanliness. And for a place like Sandwiches where the ingredients are out in the open, that means there's LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONTAMINATION. So eat AT YOUR OWN RISK.
