Terry and his team did an outstanding job from day 1 with the replacing of my roof. The entire process went perfectly and was handled in the most professional way. The crew were very polite and cleaned up everything extremely well, which is important when you have dogs and are concerned about nails left behind but that was not the case here. Communication was great and in my opinion the key to a successful project. Terry kept me updated with the progress of the insurance, meetings, material delivery and start/finish date beautifully. Craftsman Roofs in my humble opinion is the best in the business. Especially my consultant Terry Fogle. After previously getting denied while using another roofing company, Terry approached me while outside and asked could he take a look at my roof. I said sure but told him I was previously denied because I supposedly had only $161 in roof damage. Once he finished his assessment, he said I can assure you have way more than $161 worth. Afterwards, Terry walked me through the appeal process which required another adjuster come out to access my roof. What once was $161 worth of damage to my roof turned into $20K worth of damage. Unbelievable or the previous adjuster was condescending and had no attention of approving me for a new roof which I tend to lean on the latter. All in all, me and my wife are happy not just with the roof but the personal relationship we had with Terry Fogle. Terry is very personable and I believe is successful because of that..
