Fixed a difficult roof leak near a chimney on a steep grade that another company gave up on. Came back a few times until it was fully repaired. (The other company came back 8 times under warranty and never fixed it!!!). Carolina ninja got the job done. Did NOT tell me I would have to rebuild part of my roof to fix it either... Like the other company. Very personable and acts as if he were a deacon at a church in his mannerisms. Was a blessing for us. Also repaired some leaks on a flat widows watch for us. He will stick with your job until it is finished and the customer is truly happy. All smiles for Mr. Mitchell. Thanks again. Kristie

Being a mature-aged lady my appreciation and gratitude of their professionalism, expertise and understanding of what I needed to replace my roof was and is beyond what I can put into words. They helped me with another area of my home that needed repair as well. They believe in treating the customer with respect and doing a job well done.
