        My review isn't for the store but HR and the communication between this store. I placed an order to this store by mistake and used my discount deal. They said they would refund it all and never did. Rather disappointing.

        I told myself I wouldn't go back after almost a year, I've always loved Tropical smoothie but unfortunately some locations are a hit or miss, including This particular location, however it has improved significantly from customer service and the way they are making there smoothies. The consistency, texture and flavor is on point. My favorite smoothies is the banana chia. I look forward to going back as they have earned a repeat customer. Keep it up.

        The one next to my store in Uptown or Downtown closed and there are few other locations very far away. THIS LOCATION IS A SURVIVOR. Thanks for keeping the legendary "Mocha Madness" alive. A smoothie one of a kind, very unique. Not even Smoothie King can make it. Smoothie King did try upon request and it tasted horrible. ONLY Tropical Smoothie Cafe has this. Literally.
