Even worse than I remember - I was expecting a solid 3 star experience! My first time back here in about three or four years. I ordered the Grilled Steak and if you're considering it, don't! The so called steak was more like jerky, there was hardly any cheese or horseradish sauce, making the sandwich dry and nearly impossible to chew. It was a take-out order and since I was already back at my office, I threw the sandwich out and went to Chick-fil-A.

BAD ATTITUDE The ONLY reason I come to the NEWKS Uptown location is because it's about the only thing open after 5pm. The staff are NOT friendly at all. They NEVER repeat my order back to me and often it is wrong. They don't appoligize or even care. They NEVER GREET ME. They NEVER say Thank You, EVER!. They NEVER invite me back or Thank me for comming. They often get my order wrong. I would say that the biggest problem overall is A BAD ATTITUDE. WHY? I don't get it. Where is the attitude comming from and why do they have an attitude to begin with. They don't know me, I don't know them. It's not just one or two. Almost all of them act as if they don't want to be there, let alone wait on me. BAD ATTITUDE EVERY DAY and it's not just me I've seen others get the same treatment. The manager tries, but she seems to be outnumbered by BAD ATTITUDE.
