Do not work with this company. The leasing director, Cliff, is a nice guy and easy to work with. However, the owner/manager, Kimberly (dont call her Kim, this triggers her) is a piece of work. Dealing with her is like dealing with a 15 year old daughter - moody, never wrong, lacks communication skills, does not listen, and she will yell at tenants. This woman should should either hire a property management company to run her business, or get out of the real estate rental business, because clearly it is too stressful for her.

Less than one star is earned if it were possible. I represent a tenant The person at Crown Property Group ( female) who answers the phone to be rude, insolent and certainly should not be in customer service. She fails to listen, and also does not provide an opportunity for communication. She is condescending and does not want to hear and denies any tenant concern. Crown Property should have someone who truly will listen and be a true representative of the company and not someone who wants to shut you down and be insulting. Too many times has there been trash around the building and the general environment around the clinic. I don't need to read the lease 100 times to know what to understand it. DO BETTER CROWN...WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING JUST LIKE YOU ARE.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I found this company on craigslist. I was looking for a bigger location for my business. I contacted the number on craigslist and reached Cliff Lamson. Initially I was excited to see the space in the Hickory Grove Business Center. I asked Cliff over the phone if we could meet the following day he declined and said he could meet Thursday. No big deal. Closer to the appointment time I called Cliff and said I would be running 15 mins late. Cliff wanted to reschedule or he would have to leave our appointment 15 minutes early. I found that odd, nevertheless I arrived at the scheduled time. When I arrived Cliff was at the wrong suite. I called him and told him I was at the desired suite. He seemed frustrated that we were not at the same suite and that I had given him the wrong information. When I informed him that I gave him the correct information, I could tell he was irritated. When Cliff approached me he was very dry, not warm at all. He seemed slightly aggravated. He seemed like he didn't want to be there and that this may have been a wasted of his time. At the end of the tour, I expressed my interest in a suite. He said that he would send the agreement over and go from there, again very dismissive. Our meeting was at 1pm. Cliff did not send the contract that day. The following day, I called Cliff around 4pm to inquire about contract. He stated that he would get it sent shortly. I asked him could I get more information on his company because I did not want to work with him, his attitude was rude and he did not show that he was trying to build any type of rapport. He said that if I didn't like it, I could move on. I asked for the manager of this company Cliff said that the manager was the owner and that he was not going to give me any information then hung up. The information is listed on the website. When you call the number on Google it goes to the owner. I actually called this number the day of our appointment because I didn't want to work with Cliff. No one answers this number. So I called the other number listed on the website which was Kim. I explained to Kim that Cliff hung up on me she asked me what I did do to get hung up on. She also said that they only rent to people who will be good tenants. Honestly, as a black woman who has dealt with racism before, I feel that this company does not like black people. In my opinion Cliff made me feel that from the beginning with his dismissive, rude attitude. Cliff and Kim made it seem as if I could not afford this space. The funny thing is my company made 75k last year. This is without expanding. The rent was cheap for me. When Kim made it her point to say they only rent to good tenants to me she was implying they want to only rent to white people. This company had not pulled any of my financial documents to know if I was a good tenant or not. People of color BEWARE.

Customer service is non existent. I had a lease for 12 months. Every month the wrong bill was sent and it was never corrected. The air conditioning was broken for 3 months before it was fixed. My email response rate was a solid 1 response for about every 5-6 emails. I could never reach anyone by phone. With that being said I probably could have gotten away with running any variation of illegal racket or otherwise corrupt business with little interferences. As these owners clearly could care less about their tenants. If you need a place to store illegal items, cook meth, hide wanted criminals or need a place to use as the exit for your prison tunnel these are your guys! If you want a respectable company to help manage your property and lend you support when needed, please try someone else
